Robina Crook is the Vice President for WA Planning Institute of Australia and an active contributor on the executive. She is also an Associate in the urban design team at HASSELL, which is a multi-disciplinary studio located across 9 locations worldwide, with a focus on well-designed urban landscapes that can contribute to the health, happiness and sense of place of a local community.
Robina’s philosophy is to support a great sense of place through combining design aesthetic and strategic thinking. She has been team leader of the following transformational projects:
- High density residential development within the Cockburn Coast project, including assessing aged care development.
- Adaptive reuse of the South Fremantle Power Station
- Internationally recognized Healthy Active by Design and Healthy Built Food Environments
- Curtin University’s Universal Design – Built Form Guidelines
Robina will support Jason to work with planners to uncover best practice planning processes for enabling environments.
