Rebecca Arnaud has over 20 years’ experience in urban renewal and urban regeneration, place making, local planning and strategic planning.

Rebecca is currently the Principal Urban Planner in the Urban Renewal Brisbane team at Brisbane City Council and leads a small team delivering the Council’s City Centre Master Plan and River’s Edge Strategy. She also manages the preparation of master plans and local plans for the inner-city suburbs of Brisbane.

Rebecca is also involved in facilitating development on key inner-city sites such as Howard Smith Wharves and Queen’s Wharf Brisbane.

Prior to joining Council, Rebecca worked in the Queensland Government with the Australia TradeCoast Task Force and the Commonwealth Government in the Building Better Cities program.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning.
