Since 2010 Bridie has co-founded and launched two social enterprises, Dismantle and Sprout Ventures. She is passionate about designing and delivering projects that empower individuals to create thriving, connected and socially sustainable communities.
She is currently the CEO of Sprout Ventures, a BCorporation working to deliver place management services to the property developers and owners who are shaping our cities. In 2015 the Sprout team received the Social Enterprise Award for Innovation 2015 for developing the Sprout Hub model, in partnership with Lendlease and LandCorp, which is a new model for the provision of early community infrastructure in greenfields.
Bridie is an alumni of Youth Action Net Laureate Global Fellowship (2015) and the Young Social Pioneer Fellowship (2013). She received the Game Changer Award at the Foundation for Young Australians Unleashed awards in 2016 and was a finalist in WA Young Achiever Awards in 2017.
