Alexandrea Malishev is a town planner, landscape architect and a project manager and is currently a Strategic Planning Manager at the Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) Statutory Authority responsible for the delivery of Plan Melbourne. She has been planning in the western and southern regions of Melbourne. Project Manager responsible for delivery of Amendment C187 Clyde DCP 1959 hectares, 21,654 new dwellings and 60,000 new residents $348 million to help pay for new sports facilities, community centres, intersections and roads. Currently Alexandrea is the Project Manager responsible for PMP Printing and Clayton Business Park key strategic brownfields urban renewal projects. Prior to her current role at the VPA worked at lend lease and is on the UDIA outlook committee. Alexandrea is the winner and ambassador of the 2016/2017 UDIA Outlook Young Professional Award. Judging panel for the UDIA Awards for Excellence 2017, VPELA member and past board member of NAWIC.
