Brad McCormack

Brad is a passionate planner with a creative edge. He has broad experience across the profession, including integrated land use and movement planning, improving connectivity, liveability and social cohesion, stakeholder and community engagement, GIS mapping and analysis, graphic design and project communications.

Since joining InfraPlan in 2013, Brad has project-managed and worked across diverse projects for state and local governments, providing both high-level and detailed planning input. Of relevant importance is the AdeLINK Business Case, which commenced in 2016 and saw Adelaide’s entire future light rail network emerge around the principles of good land use planning, better neighbourhoods, sustainability and a more connected city.

More recently, Brad has worked with the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure to deliver elements of South Australia’s planning reform, the most significant change to the State’s planning system in over 20 years.

In 2017, Brad was awarded South Australian Young Planner of the Year by the Planning Institute of Australia.
